What is SmartOptik?

What We Did?

We have designed flows that allow users to efficiently and accurately select from the customization and glasses portfolio available to them, while also making these processes very easy to perform.

First Problem

Categorization & groupping their solution like menu items is not clear to understand for the optic man.

Second Problem

There is many glasses & their extension selections to choose. It has to be hard to collect everything together.

Third Problem

The detail of a glasses has more text & area so explanation with image can be used more accessible.

Solutions

FIRST,

The first thing we started to do was to group the solutions offered by the company into a flow and create menus for them. By doing this, we outlined how the processes will be carried out and how the workflow will develop.

THEN,

The metrics we used when building a pair of glasses were very important. That is, when presenting a new pair of glasses and when the customer is choosing that pair, there needed to be many impact areas. For example, the 3D display of the glasses and the comparison of two pairs of glasses. Our next steps involve customizing the glasses and successfully completing the process.

In the color palette that we created based on Groupama's identity, color, texture and button etc.

We redesigned the design system elements which is sustainable for the future improvements.

In our screen flow design, we concentrated on aiding the user at each phase whilst ensuring the quickest and simplest procedure completion.
