Ovinot, where many services related to business management are combined, emphasizes its difference by putting the customer experience in the front row.

Abstract

Ovinot, which aims to be a right-hand man by offering many different business management modules such as invoice cutting (e-invoice, e-smm), payment tracking, income and expense management, works with different professional groups and business owners.

Our Approach

With the Ovinot team, which we have been working side by side since the first stages of the business idea, we have always said, "How can a more successful business management platform be established?" we conducted studies in accordance with the question.

Solution

At Ovinot, where we work with agile methods in planning all MVP features from scratch and lining up services for needs and reflecting them to designs, we worked with the product team as if it were a design department inside. Mobile-oriented, we have worked on interfaces that will move the customer experience far ahead compared to their counterparts.

Compiling Insights

With Ovinot, which aims to be a brand new business management service, we have organized 2 different idea workshops and different meetings to compile all the insights before the service was designed, bringing together potential users and those with field experience. All stakeholders who have experienced different e-smm/e-invoice experience, such as financial consultants, accounting employees, artists, academics, lawyers, programmers, conveyed their ideas in our workshop format, allowing us to shape our design decisions in the course of the project.

Product Architecture and Wireframing

Thanks to our service map, which we created in the light of our workshop results, we planned the product architecture and how to follow the strategy by going into detail. We carried out architectural sketches and experienced these drawings with the Ovinot team through the prototype. By designing a responsive-web application with all its streams, which will be especially successful in mobile web interfaces, we aimed for users to experience a frictionless experience.

SOLUTION

In creating a brand identity, we performed metaphors and name Studies in a more human-oriented framework, focusing on what will be the emotion, function and benefit that will be given. We have taken care to visualize the emotional connection with the Ovata flower on the human-nature axis with the irony of homo-economicus.
