What is Groupama?

Our business partner, which also operates in the Turkish market with many different insurance products, also works in close contact with its agencies.

What We Did?

We have designed screens where agents and UW teams can perform their transactions with a more streamlined experience in cases where insurance policies are subject to an addendum after they are issued.

First Problem

The user has difficulty in the relevant steps while operating on the existing screens.

Processing times take a lot of time and the user has problems with navigation.

Too much information on the screens and low selectivity in perception.

Solutions

FIRST,

At the beginning of the project, we aimed to provide a satisfying user experience from start to finish by using the most appropriate methods to reach the right design.


We redesigned the interfaces by meeting one-on-one with the insurance agents that play the most important role in the service.

The main idea of ​​the solution was to remove the unused screens, bring similar screens together, reduce the cognitive load of the screens and minimize the usage time in processes consisting of long steps.


We followed these steps throughout the design process and designed screens that provide frictionless operation to the user.
